Battle Dome Four

OOC: Kazu, you start the topic and Majeh you start the attack.

Majeh had been given his target a qunicy council member. Majeh simply knew what the man looked like and that his weapon of choice would be a bow but that was obvious from the fact that he was a qunicy. He watched as the man flew up into the air. Befor being seen majeh hid behind a building. Releaseing his blade to shika then bankai. Majeh slowly coated himself in a shadow it covered every aspect of his body from head to toe makeing him entirely black. He was not in the mood for a long fight he intented to end this quickly. Majeh stuck his head out and waited for the man to stop riseing into the air. Once he did majeh imitated him and floated up into the air as well. Majeh was roughly 3 blocks away. Stareing at the man he simply hollared at him. "Surrender now or i kill you." It was the only warning majeh was going to give. He was laready fully prepared to kill this man and as such he had no objections. The sun was on majehs back. and the qunicyes front side. Majeh hoped this would effect the qunicies sight enough that even if he fired an arrow it would miss.

Majeh frowned as the man bounced to behind him. and then all around him firing arrows. Majeh didnt care to speak or show off. Useing the shadow he had covered himself in majeh teleported back to the building he had been behind. In order for majeh to hid out of sight he had to hide behind the building. Meaning a shadow. Standing in the shadow majeh crouched and focused on the spot he needed. Glanceing at his arm to make sure of size.

Useing his bankai ability to create things out of shadows majeh focused on the bakc of the mans neck a spot he had seen when he first floated into the air. Focusing on that spot he made a whole JUST large enough for his zan and arm. Then useing his other ability to teleport through shadows he used the shadow he was in to punch through and come out that shadow. Just enough to get the tip of the blade of his zanpkato out of the hole. Since the hole was on the abck of his neck and the tip had been against majehs arm majeh only had to lift it a few mere centimeters to just above the shadow hole to a point on the back of the quincies head. Ripping his arm back the blade would plunge straight through the back of the mans skull killing him instantly if he didnt some how magiclly dodge in the fraction of a second that this move would require. Since he would somehow have to realize it was there and then find a way to stop it all in under half a second.

Mod Decision :

Alright...after careful review of this fight and the post in question I declare that there was no god modding present. However with that I will also say that the combination that Majeh used was extremely Over Powered and extremely unfair considering the circumstances. However Majeh explained how this technique could be beatten by a shinigami and the explination made some sense..however it doesnt change the fact that the technique was op.

So my final ruling here is that God Modding wasnt present...but the move was OP and other mods or admins are allowed to read over this and place their input in.

I'd say that the combination made by Majeh was yes, overpowered, but in terms of godmodding there was no form of godmodding present, as in his post he stated that it could be stopped. The explanation Majeh sent was clear and made sense, albeit, it made sense that it was somehow unfair he was paired to fight with a quincy.

My say on this is that there was not any Godmodding, but if it is possible, a recap of all abilities of both parties and their weaknesses to the judges that are not taking part in the tournament to make sure there is not the slightest bit of favoritism.
