Appearance: She is around 5'6" tall, short black hair with red streaks that comes level with her chin,she has, bright red eye's, she wears, a black pleated skirt that cuts off about halfway to her knees, with a Pink blouse that makes her look innocent, her bust isn't quite inoue or nel level but it still turns heads when she explores the city
Personality: Kiri has split personalities, in her every day life she is shy around strangers but very comfortable around her brothers, she acts very childish despite looking the oldest out of the four siblings,she has moments of maturity but they are few and far between, she also has a rather bad case of Hemophobia, or the fear of blood, it causes her to run and scream anytime she see's it.
Her other personality, is almost her polar opposite, she is sadistic and cruel loves to fight and fears no one, her brothers often piss her off when she is like this which results in them being attacked, she loses her hemophobia to the point that she loves it, often telling opponents she would love to bath in their blood, she on more than one occasion has licked the blood off her blade and savored it as if it was the last drink on the planet.the Sadistic half of her personality arises during fights, she almost never appears at any other time.
Background/RP Sample
Background:she lived with her brothers in rukongai, until the day they joined the shinigami academy, they all graduated Kiri with the same honors as Light and Kaji, They were all put in different squads, Kiri ended up in squad 8 with the pervy captain kyoraku, he never really bothered her like he did the other girls in his squad, she assumed that her brothers had said something to him, as they are always so over protecting, one day on a mission with her brothers she got into a fight, the first with an arrancar, the first time she had fought one, she was getting beat, and as she was about to give up, the sadistic Kiri took over for the first time and slaughtered the Arrancar, once the fight was over nice kiri took back over not having any idea had happened, as her brothers had seen what happened they questioned her on what happened and why she went beserk like that, kiri having no idea what they meant kept trying to remember, but just as she sarted to gain the memories, her mind snapped, she was left in a state of indifference, hardly saying a word for months, until one day she just started talking again, and acting very childish, her brothers decided to leave the questions to die because they almost lost their sister because of them, it wasn't long after that Kiri became a vizard, she fled Soul Society to join her brohers as a vizard.

Manifestation: A small child with , half of his hair white and the other half black, he suffers from schizophrenia, randomly changeing the subject and talking to those who arent there
Sealed Zanpakuto: standard length and size, has pink cloth on the hilt and the guard is in the shape of a rose
Shikai: the blade bacomes longer and slightly thinner, and small ruts form on the sides of the blade so that blood can collect their
Shikai Ability:The blade can absorb blood which can then be released and controlled by Kiri

BanKai Name: Ketsukei Bara
Bankai: The zanpactou vanishes and is replaced by A Whip Made of blood, it has many thorn like proturusions and ends in a spade shape(the blood can become somewhat solid so that it can cut)
Bankai Ability: She can keep wounds of both enemies and her self bleeding.

Manifestation: A girl around Kiri's age that is probably the most sane inner hollow their is, it only ever tried to take over to stop Sadistic Kiri from hurting innocent people,
Ability: Allows her to heal herself by drinking the blood of her enemies

Description: A flower made of blood surrounds Kiri Blocking most attacks

Description: A small dart of partially solidifed blood that kiri can throw, if they hit they absorb as much blod as the are made of and return to kiri,(one dart=1 ounce of blood

Description: A wave of blood mixed with spirit energy is shot off the whip(it looks like getsuga tenshou)

Description: A smalll bullet enters the skin of an enemy and siphons its blood into the zanpactou(the siphoning rate starts at 1 ounce a post and doubles every post)

An average human body contains 8 liters of blood (around 128 ounces, i will say that shinigami and vizard are the same, hollow/arrancar should be also but their physiology varies so its hard to tell)
