Visiting a old friend..(Kira and Yuuri).

Kira watched white haired girl pray in slight to their lost comrades. He then sighed lightly and looked to the ground for a moment. But his eyes went back up when and heard his name and his taichou's name in the same sentence. He wondered what the girl could have meant by that. It made him get his hopes about the way his captain felt about him. But he erased it from his mind deiced that it was not worth it. Because well now could not happen because he wasn't around anymore. The blond captain looked the ground again as that thought crossed his mind.Asking himself why he was still hung up on that sort of thing. His mind was acting like their was some magical way to bring him back. By just thinking about him when ever you felt lonely. He knew that wasn't real ,so he didn't get why it always came up.


Kira closed his eyes briefly when the wind brushed over them. He eyes the look to his haori briefly as it danced in the wind. When the other captain spoke once more he looked up again. "Yes we do" he said to her calmly with serious look on his face. In side his head he wished that was actually physically true. Instead of just mentally and by the wind. He wasn't going to tell the white haired captain that. She seemed to be a very understanding women , but for some reason he didnt feel he should tell her what he was thinking.

Yuuri stood up slowy as a sudden wind keept playing with her long whtie hair and captain haori. "I guess i should head back...want to join me for some tea, Kira-kun?", she said, turning around to face him, holding her hand down towards him as a sign for him to take it, so she could help him up. She had a little smile on her face, and her eyes was closed..for a moment it seemend to very little resembel the fox-alike childish grin Gin always had on.

It was true that the new recruits was waiting, but Yuuri knew her seated officers, they had probably already taken the new recruits five times around the entire barracks, and was rambling about how important it was to know kido, and how skillfull and carring their new captain was. For the 5th division, it was a new start to a division who had lost two captains in under 2 years..

Kira watched the white haired captain get up off the ground. When she was standing she told him she should get going. Along with asking him if he wanted to join her for tea. The grabbed he out stretched hand and used it to stand. As another wind blew past them taking some leaves with it." Sure" he replied calmly to her. The blond knew he had a couple errands to run back at his barracks. Ones that would probably take all night or day to get done. Depending on when he started them and wanted to finish them. But right now he needed a break ,so figured he'd save them for later.

Some of the errands could easily be done by another higher ranked officer. So ,he could just get one of them to help him later on.This week seemed to be errands week in the barracks.So, Kira figured that white haired captain probably had some stuff to do as well. That she thought the other members of her squad could handle. While she took a good long deserved break. Kira needed one to seeing he had bee up to his neck in paper for the last three days.

Their wodden sandals made small thuds against the wodden planks, as they walked down the main hallway in the 5th division`s barracks. The division members greeted the two captains, some even giving smiles. It appeard that the 5th division had already accepted Yuuri as their captain, wich wasent a surprise seeing how she had been a 3th seat during Aizen`s time, and vice captain during hinamori`s time, so the division knew and trusted her.

Yuuri opend the door into her office, wich seemend to be tidy. Large bookselves was covering the entire left wall, it was a Kido libary, with every known kido listed, being gathered by the former 5th division captains befor her. Behind the desk, a large window with curtains pulled away was placed, causing the warm sunlight to breeze into the white painted office. 2 two persons couches was placed at the right wall, with a coffetable in the middle. On the desk, serval done, some half-done, paperwork was laying, along with a 2 foot stack of papers next to the desk.


"Its so bothersome being kido commander..you should be happy not having two jobs, Kira-kun", she said, as she walked accros the wodden floor, and opend her desk, looking for some tea. To the left of the window, 3 paintings was hanging, they seemend so realistic that they looked alive. The first one was of a large glowing tempel, with a tall handsome man sitting in a chair, wearing darkblue preist`s robes, a golden ring around his head, and a zanpaktou strapped to his left hip. He had long silver hair, going down to his ankels, tied into a ponytail with his bangs fraimming his gentel face. He also had large white feather wings, wich made him look like a angel.

The second picture was of people he knew. To the left, Unohana was standing, with the long braid seeming to shine in the sunlight protayed in the picture, she seemend to look a little younger than befor. In the middle, Aizen was standing, wearing his glasses, having his calm smile on, looking down at a young girl with pale skin, short white hair and strong blue eyes, wearing a 3th seat band for the 5th division. To the right, Gin was sminking his usual fox grin, with his eyes closed, his hand laying onto the young yuuri`s short hair.

The last one was unfinised, or so it seemend. Half of the painting was white, while the other half was of Hinamori in her captain haori, and Yuuri wearing the vice captain band, now with shoulder-long hair.

"i was gonna finish it the day we would get Aizen-sama home", Yuuri suddenly said, as she handed him a cup of hot tea. "but well..it was never finished..", she said, as she sat down onto one of the couches. "I used to paint alot when i was younger...this one is of Seihoshi, as how he first appeard in my dreams..", she said, pointing to the first painting. "Thats of all the captains ive ever respected and loved....i should be glad i guess..i still have Unohana taicho.."

Kira followed close behind the captain to her office in the fifth division barracks. When the entered he took a quick glance around the room. Her office was defiantly one of the cleaner ones that he seen. His own was clean, but not decorated liked the female captains. He never really thought it was necessary to decorate his. His captain never did when he was still around and captain. The blond sighed slightly and shut the door to the office behind him.When the was done he walked away from the door. The fifth squad leader then talked about having two jobs. Followed by how he was lucky that he did not have two jobs to worry about. The blond could't think a a response.

So ,he kept silent and watched the captain get the tea ready for them.The captain then talked about finishing something when Aizen Taichou came home. Kira was confused for a brief second and then noticed a large painting on the wall. Kira blinked at it and took the cup of tea from the women. He noticed a familiar smiling face on in the painting and smiled at it for a couple moments.The blond then took a sip of his tea and looked away from it. Not wanting to look even more emo than he had been acting lately. As some of his squad members had pointed out when they thought that he wasn't listening.

He then joined the artsy captain on the couch as she spoke again. This time she pointed to one of the paintings and told him that it was her zanapktou spirit. In the why it had first appeared to her in her dreams. She then explained the next one telling him it was all the captains that she respected. And then went on to say that she was glad Unohana Taichou was still around." There Nice" he said simply before taking another sip of his tea." I usually just write poetry."He continued to say in the same tone.

"many considers poems as a boring thing..at least the younger once do...its sad, since poems is considered one of the most beautiful things in terms of art..but to many, art is either music, dance or paintings..". When she finished speaking, Yuuri lifted the cup with the steaming tea up to her lips, tipped it, and let the hot and warm fluid slide down her throat, making her sigh out relaxed, a cup of tea always seemend to dull down her nervers.

"Alot has been changing lately..new captains..new espada`s...", she said after awhile, looking at him with her deep blue eyes. "By the way, Shunsui-sama returned yesterday from his long trip, you should consider stopping by his office and say hello..he is a old man, but he is friendly enough..even through he is busy looking for a new vice captain since nanoe-san retired togeder with Ukitake-sama".

"Ah, that reminds me", she said after a rather large zip of tea. "Have you been considering who to pick as your vice captain? If you dont pick, or think over it soon, the captain commander is gonna take the best apply`er and make the person it..". Yuuri placed her hand onto his shoulder and tugged it a little. "I can understand if it wont be easy..i had a hard time picking Hinashi-san, but when you meet the person you want as vice captain, you will feel it"

Kira listened to the captain speak about different kinds of art. And how alot of people did not appreciated poetry. She was right alot of people thought art was music and literary drawing stuff out. Even dancing was consider to be art now a days. Kira never really showed anyone the poems he had been writing lately. So , they could't really be consider art by anyone else. Every since he lost his Taichou he hadn't submitted a new to the column Hisagi and him usually submit to. He had started a start the week before he left him. But now it just sits in the cupboard of his office gathering dust. Even thought the blond had ideas for it he never got around to it. Kira took another sip of his tea when the captain did.

The Captain then talked about how there had been a knew wave of captains and espada lately.Then she talked about how captain shunsui 's return. To be honest the blond never he knew he had gone of some where. The man was one of the lazier captains so liked to sleep alot. And now a days Kira had been hide up in the third squad barracks. So , he never noticed much in the news department unless someone came to tell him. Kira didn't really know what to say to the white haired female's comment about visiting the lazy captain.So ,he just nodded slightly while drinking his tea.

The finally thing the captain said was something the blond had been putting off for a while. He still had to chose a vice captain for squad three seeing he was now the captain of the squad. He hadn't been out to the training area lately ,so he never go a chance to look at the recruits or lower seats. To even check them out and see if any of them where good enough. In fact he didn't even know what his expectations were for one. " Not really. I haven't really gotten out to look at the recruits yet." He said to the captain calmly before taking another sip of his tea.

"Its understandable...im just afriad that im the only one who understands why its hard..". Yuuri removed her hand from his shoulder, and smiled slightly to him. "Well, theres nothing to worry about..afterall, you have me to help you", she said with a small wink and a soft pat on his back, befor she finished her cup of tea and stood up and walked over to the window.

"its hot today...", she mumbled, through loud enough so he could hear it. As she opend the window, a breeze full with pleasent flower scent breezed in, filling the room with its scent. "Your welcome..it was just roses..", she said to herself, as she felt the wind play with her hair.

Kira listened to the captain words and nodded slightly when she removed her hand form her shoulder. The captain then told him that he had nothing to worry about in the matter. Because she was here to help him with it. Kira was glad to hear that he had some help. Because he was not getting to far himself in the matter. In fact he had been some what avoiding the matter. For some reason that he could not explain to himself yet. So much that he was want even sure if he'd pick a girl or a boy. He was leaning more toward boy ,but it was more based on skill. Skills that he not seen because of his own mixed up feeling that he kept bottled up. Every since that horrible day when he lost his captain.

Kira sighed slightly and said "thanks" to the captains comment about helping him. His eyes the went down to the cup in his hand. His blue orbs remained on his reflection in the dark liquid. As the white haired female talked about how hot today. She then randomly talked about roses which confused Kira for a moment. The figured that she was probably talking to Momo. His eyes looked up to the captain again. As he took another sip of his tea in a gentle manner. " Yes it is kinda of hot today" he said out loud before taking another sip.

"Its so bothersome..", Yuuri said all of a sudden. Small thud`s could be heard against the wodden floor every time she took a step. The white haired captain walked back between her desk and the large bookshelve, taking out a random book, placing one back, flipping a few pages, every time she passed. "District 69 reports, kids used...", she mumbled now and then, it was apperently how she did her paperwork, at least some of it.

After a few minuts, She finaly put down what looked like 20 pages of paperwork, on the "finished", stack next to the desk, and sat onto the desk itself, rubbing her forehead. "Bothersome....". It seemend like taking care of paperwork stressed the young captain, but then again she had two jobs.

"Befor i forget it...Kira-kun, could i ask a favor of you?". Befor he even could answer, Yuuri talked again. "Its nothing big, ive just begun trainning Kuchiki Rukia in the hope of learning her bankai...i could need a hand, if you have time"

Kira brought the cups to his lips again and took another sip of the liquid. While the white haired captain walk across her office slightly frazzled. As she filed a couple bits of paper work that she had to do. That remained Kira that he had couple stacks he really needed to get done soon. He had couple mission reports to file from the lower ranked officer trips to the human world.He tried to remember how many of those there was. He hoped there wasn't to many so he could stay up late doing them.The blond removed the cup from his mouth and looked at it again. While the captain continued to stack what seemed like twenty sheets of paper work on her desk.


The Blond Captain looked up to the other Captain again when she finally spoke to them. She had had asked if he could do her a favor. He listened to the whole favor before respond. The white haired captain had ask him to help train someone. Rukia Kuchki to be exact. Kira had went to school when the young vice captain. He was surprised she was trying for banaki already.Kira thought about the paperwork in his office on last time. Trying to think of the due dates of each of the stacks.

From what he remembered most of them had due dates that were long ways away. So , he guess that helping the white haired captain with Rukia would not interfere. Plus he was doing much of anything these days that wasn't paper work. So, he needed to get away from that for a little while. " Sure I dont mind" he finally responded to her in a calm tone.

"Heh, im sure she will be glad to hear that..", the white haired female said with a slight grin. "Everyone is growing...not only in looks..but also in their personality and rank...heh befor you know it, Rukia-san will be captain of the 13th division..". It seemend like Yuuri had a close releationship with the kuchiki girl.

"Taicho!", a male voice yelled as he burst into the office, panting very hard. "Taicho i-", he didnt say anymore, because he saw that Kira was sitting in the sofa. "K-Kira taicho, im sorry for bursting in!", he said with a bow, befor he turned to Yuuri again. "Calm down haku..whats wrong?", "Its Hayame, he had a rather fiece encounter with two fraccions...he needs medical help now", "Then go get Unohana-taicho or her vice captain", "We cant find them anywere..they are out on a small mission in the human world". Yuuri let out a little sigh and looked at Kira. "Kira-kun, i know you have abit of medical knownledge, please follow me", she said, as she walked out of the door.

Kira was about to say something to other captain about her response. It would have been probably something along the lines of thats good. But he was distracted the by the man that had burst into the room. The kid seemed to be in a big rush about something because he was out of breathe. Kira took a the last sip of his tea and put it on the table in front of him. Before looking back at the white haired captain. Who addressed the hard of breathing boy by his name. So Kira guessed that the boy must be in her squad. Kira eyes widen slightly when the boy revealed why he had come randomly bursting in. Faccions the blond repeated in his head wondering how they had gotten in undetected by the radar. The boy had also explained that he could not find the fourth squad captain or vice captain.

Kira made a face to himself at that fact , because he figured he would be looked to. Because of the fact that he had some past medical knowledge. And because of the fact that he could heal with his bankai as one of his abilities. Kira let go a small sigh when he thoughts were confirmed. The white haired captain had asked him to follow her saying something about his medical knowledge. The blond wondered how bad the wounds on the people were. That way he would whether or not to use his bankai or the healing kido. " Um hey Kid how bad are they?"he asked in the calm tone and he got up from the couch and followed them.

"V, very bad!", he managed to shutter in horror, it seemend like the amount of injuries wasent something he was used to see. As they reached the 4th division barracks, wich was right next to the 5th division`s, it was clear the damage was great. A young man, looking early in his twenties, was laying on a white hospital bed, breathing heavly. His left arm was half cutten off. some veins, tissue and half of his bones holding it in place. He had many cuts and brushes down his face, chest, legs and forearms, and his own zanpaktou was stapped through the chest of him.

"T, Taicho", he managed to speak, despite the constant panicking whispers between the 4th division members that had tried everything they had learnd, but the highest ranking 4th division there was the 7th seat, so he could`t do much. "Be quiet", the white haired captain said in a strict command, as she tied her hair into a low ponytail, rolled up her captain and shinigami uniform sleeves, and looked at Kira. "We need to take care of the zanpaktou first.."

Kira made a face at the damage that hurt shinigami had gotten himself into. The blond had had never treated dame this serve before. He once had regrow some skin when Rangiku got he stomach ripped off in the winter war. When she and Momo went up against the third espada's faccion. But never did he have to go and reapply some body's arm for them. Well the bankai is defiantly coming out he thought to himself. Knowing that was probably the only way he could heal the man in a more effective way.Letting small sigh he stepped closer to the man and took a look at the sword sticking out the guys chest. How did he manage this he thought to himself about the wounds. He then looked over at the freaking out member of The white haired captains squad. Who seemed to over reacting to this quite bit , so Kira figured that he probably had not seen something like this before.


Seconds later the female captain said they needed to get the sword out of the man. Kira looked the spot and noticed it was jammed in there. " Its in there pretty good ,i don't think pulling it will do him much good."The blond captain informed the female captain in a bored tone. Before going over to one of the cabinets and grabbed a small surgery knife. And then walked back over to the fifth squad captain.Letting go another sigh he walked over to the man and made a face at him. " Im sorry about this" he said to the man with a serious look on his face. Before cutting a small about of skin that seemed to be jamming the sword there.He the grabbed the handle of the sword and pulled slowly up on it , os he would hurt the man anymore. When the sword was out he walked over and hand it to the other fifth squad member in the room. " Here why don't you uh get this cleaned up for him."Kira suggested as a way to get the freaked boy out of the room.
