Mitsu commonly wears her medium length hair tied up with two raven black chop sticks with flowers embedded within them. This keeps the hair completely out of her face and only two strands on either side of her face. Her hair is a sun kissed blond and has a beautiful healthy look to it. Her skin is a milky white color and complements her well. Her face seems like something out of a magazine. Her eyes brows are perfectly plucked, her nose perfectly sculpted, and her lips a rose red color with just enough volume to them.
Right under her well defined collar bone right in the middle of her chest is a tattoo of a heart. Her breasts are a large C sup and her abs is muscular and very attractively curvy. Her butt is a little bit flat but not everyone is completely perfect. She does have very well sculpted legs though and they are very muscular. All in all Mitsu is overly beautiful. If Mitsu is wearing her captain/shinigami robes she will let her hair down and then put them into four large buns in the back. When she is wearing her more casual attire, commonly a dress of some sort, she will keep her hair as stated before. Her common fighting outfit is a purple dress with white and blue accents (as seen in picture.) The dress is made of a special leather material which can bend extremely well and work with her fighting style.

Background and Personality
History
Joufu, prostitute, is the first word Mitsu remembers hearing as a soul. As a human she was a still birth so she entered the world of souls just as she was born. When she began to become coherent she would hear her mother yelling “Joufu! Get my dinner, get me this get me that/” Mitsu would constantly be beat by her mother and pushed to a unique form of enslavement within her own home. By the time Mitsu was 8 her mother was selling her on the streets to men, Mitsu’s has blocked out most of her life but sometimes when someone does something to jog her memory she might pass out. She can sometimes hear in the back of her head the crowded busy streets of the village and her mother yelling through her rotted yellow teeth “Joufu for sale, young. Anything goes, very cheep!” Surprisingly many of the poorer men would flock to her mothers stand. Many would not only sleep with her but also assault her, and use no form of protection. When dealing in a market like this, there was always a chance for something to go wrong.
When Mitsu was 11 her mother had been killed in the streets by a shinigami customer who she threatened to report of the Seritie. It was the very next week that Mitsu had learned of her pregnancy. In reality she had never been happier, her mother was gone and she could always feel the being inside her and she loved it already, with all of her heart. She went to go see a 4ththsquad doctor by the recommendation of the community. This is where things began to complicate themselves. Her doctor had a hidden agenda. He had sensed that Mitsu had a good amount of reiatsu that was still untapped, but this baby had already shown large amounts of reiatsu, his idea was try and fuse the baby’s reiatsu with Mitsu’s own by sacrificing the baby. Mitsu had no clue of his intentions, so she kept going to the doctor, every week and was being given reiatsu treatments that turned Mitsu into a reiatsu vacuum, she was slowly sucking her baby’s very life from her. Mitsu unknowingly went along with this for months, on top of taking some night classes at the shinigami academy which her doctor recommended.
By the time Mitsu was 12 she had seen felt better than ever. She was growing stronger every day, excelling at each of her classes and somehow she felt like her and the baby were helping each other in a way that she couldn’t quite describe. It was soon that she went into labor, and her doctor explained what he had done, the baby was a young little girl named Roze Mitsukai and was a still birth. On that very day amidst the tears she swore she saw that babies soul fly towards her sword which was sitting somewhere in the academy. When she went back to the doctors a few days following she learned that he had killed himself, he couldn’t handle having been responsible for her child’s death. Mitsu strongly considered following in his foot steps, just jumping off the near by mountains and end it all. She had tried one day but it was as if when she made the swan dive off of the cliff some had held her and gently put her on the ground, like some force was protecting her. Oddly enough Mitsu kept attending her classes at the academy because using her reiatsu made her feel part of Roze, the part that was still inside of her.
She still was not herself yet though. She had been given a scholarship to the academy full time now and was living there and maybe being near all of that reiatsu based stuff caused what happened next. Her first night asleep she saw it, her beautiful daughter fully grown flying on a beautiful bird, becoming her to fly along the current with her. Every night following since then her daughter is in one of her dreams in some way, Mitsu believes that it is because of her shinigami work, hence why she is so dedicated. Mitsu graduated by the time 16 and was out in the shinigami world soon. She was assigned to a very vague kido research project for the fifth squad, mainly just to keep some of the new class busy till they found places for them. This is where Mitsu began to regain herself. Her hours in the kido labs made her want to go out and socialize afterward. So she did, she began to develop her own loud and strong personality, sense of style, and kido. Within a year they recalled the students from the project and she had earned herself a small position in the 5thsquadwhen she was 17. her climb was only lateral from there. She became more focused, she began to become a young attractive beautiful woman who used her willies to get higher squad members to help her realize her inner blades spirit.
Mitsu was 35 when she first saw her inner world. It was a beautiful mountain side that over looked a small village. She could see all of the children in the village running around and playing and being called in by their mothers if they stay out to late, she liked that the most. This is also where she met Hyde and Eido, her zanpokto. They were brothers but polar opposites. Hyde was younger and Eido was slightly older, they were her little boys. When she learned their names though she was quickly made the squads 2 seat because of the vast power of her dual zanpaktou fans. At this time she truly became a social light and she really enjoyed all of the positive attention she had never received. She stayed in the position until she was 57, that’s when she began to have problems.
Another shinigami had learned of her past and began to threaten her, to out her as a baby killer. She began to regress and become less verbal. It was taken to a point where she was forced to confront him, she had Hyde and Edio called out but just before she could strike a kido the other shinigami was charging exploded on himself, killing him instantly. Though Mitsu was never formally charged with the mans murder everyone had believed that she killed the man. Her captain then demanded her to the human world for a undetermined length of time where she could train kido and bankai, away from “distractions.” Mitsu took her sugar coated banishment with pride and used the time in the way it was meant to be allotted. She began to master more kido than most higher level shinigami knew and focused her attention towards bankai. By the time she had reached age 76 she could materialize Hyde but not Eido. It was also this year that her loneliness peaked. When she entered her spirit world to take to Hyde she could hear voices around her in the mountains. The sound of a young girls laughter, the same laughter in her dreams it was her daughter. The laughter was faint but she could still hear it she began to follow it and as she went it became stronger. She was entering parts of the mountain she didn’t know existed. The voice lead her to a skate board, it was a lime green color. Mitsu didn’t under stand, she spoke “Roze, if this is you darling speak to momma, what’s this for.” She heard some more giggling and then “Focus the boy and make him work.” Then just like that Mitsu understood and her daughter’s voice disappeared for now.
She began treating Hyde and Eido like her children, only letting Eido ride on the skate board as long as he trained everyday. This method worked because they began to understand each other, it was also around this time that Mitsu took to addressing everyone as darling, or honey. She trained for another 12 years but by then she had achieved bankai level. This didn’t go unnoticed by the should society but they still didn’t welcome her back.
When Mitsu mastered bankai she spent time bettering herself until one day she saw a hoard of arrancr heading into the soul society. She followed closely behind and assisted in the fight against them by taking out a large number of arrancar herself. It was after this that she was offered to lead the 3rd division, which she humbly accepted.
Personality
Mitsu has a very strong personality. She truly love small children and is drawn to be kind and maternal to them, even if she acts like a child all of the other times. This is most likely due to the lose of her own child. She also fears the concept of trying to have another child because it is unsure of what was done to her is permanent, she couldn’t handle taking another life. Finally she strongly is jealous towards all that is other parents, she wishes she could be them. Mitsu is also very creative in the way that she can sketch and sign clothing impeccably and colorfully. She loves to go out at night and party and be where the social people are and be in the lime light. She has a habit of calling everyone hun, honey, or baby. She is under the belief that there is nothing you cant learn so she is constantly trying to learn new things, master new kido, or even make new kido inventions. She acts very relaxed around her higher ups and doesn’t truly show much care for social standing. Some would say she is flirtatious but she is just a little overly friendly, and never goes all of the way with someone due to some deep rooted intimacy issues from her childhood. She is most comfortable in high boots and a dress.
Mitsu treats her squad members like her children and disciplines them, cares for them, and defends them as such. She will make them do their chores and work and if they don’t she will refuse to let them out of the squad house. She enjoys spending one on one time with each squad member, teaching them new skills, and cooking them dinner so they can eat as a family. She also demands to know where they are going out each night, and will chastise them for coming home extremely late or drunk. Mitsu hates being bored, the sight of children in pain, sexual contract, still births, and other such things.
Techniques (Optional, but good to have)
Name: Uindo Odori (Wind Dance)
Description: This is Mitsu’s way of using flash step in her own way. Using her affinity for wind she forms a small disk of wind under her feet and then carries herself a certain distance, so in a way it is just a stronger form of flash step. She can use this technique as much as she can use a regular flash step but she is required to expend a little more reiatsu.
Name: Kaze Kobushi
Description: This is how Mitsu supplements her weak hand to hand fight, she learned how to form pockets of wind over her fists and feet to increase the strength of her punches and kicks by three times. She can use this ability for five posts but then must wait for andother three to use it again.
Zanpaktou Information
Her blade spirits.
Zanpaktou Name: I call upon the red and blue fans, I call upon the ferocious tornado and the blissful breeze, I call you Hyde the younger and Edio the older. chime Tsuin Aoru! (Twin Fans)
Zanpakutou Appearence Tsuin Apru appears as a short sword dagger with a red hilt and precise guard design, and also a long katan that had a blue hilt and a very lazy appearing guard.
Shikai Appearence: Her shikai appears after the phrase is called, her dagger will turn into a red ball and then become a red fan that appears to only be plain paper, and has two metal sides, the red fan being Hyde. The long katan will also become a blue ball and then form into an equal sized blue fan of the same make, the blue fan being Eido
Shikai Ability:
Kaze Eika (Wind song)- This ability is constantly active through out her shikai being active. It allow Mitsu to use her fans to either create a violent gust of small win blades, or create a cycling wind tunnel and much more. Within reason this ability is a much more condensed form of pure wind control. This ability is fully mastered so it doesn’t cost her much energy to use. Also the power of these wind increases with each chime of the fans.
Kaze Eika: Kan Kane (Wind song: Fist chime) When Mitsu uses her fans for three posts a louder chime will be heard and in the blue fan Mitsu will create an amazing wind feat. She will wave the fan and send out a burst of cycling reiatsu, meaning the wind will collect in the cycle. This in turns causes a tornado that can move in one direction but pulls many things in and is very powerful. Though this move can only be used every four turns.
Kaze Eika: Niban Kane (Wind Song Second Chime) When the fans are out for seven turns the red fan will produce a loud chime and use it’s hidden ability. Mitu placed her fans on either sides of her and jumps in the air. Then two wind dragons will jump and raise along side her and begin to form a small wind cocoon around her. The reiatsu will then shape the cocoon into the centre for a large wind dragon that Mitsu can control but it can only be used for two posts and she are mostly blinded during it. Mitsu can only use this ability once per fight.
Bankai Appearence: When Mitsu summons her bankai she makes no physical appearance change. She will only change into the dress seen in her appearance photo. The biggest change occurs within her, her whole physical being becomes air, though this cant be seen unless she is touched or hit. The area around her becomes dark and cloudy as if it were going to storm, also she forms a large strong quickly moving tornado type wind. This wind forms in a large area around her in a circle, it is about the size of an arena so it gives enough room for three to four people to fight in. The inside of the area shows a largely violent are this involves being cut by small blades of wind and also not being able to move every easily due to the wind.
Bankai Ability:
Mitsu can use her bankai for ten of her own posts and must wait six to use it again at full capacity. Her bankai begins by forming a large arena around her that could have enough room for about 4 to five people to fight in. The area is blocked off by a strongly spinning wind vortex, which will violently rip and tear at anyone stupid enough to touch. The inside of the vortex is very overwhelming. There are small blades of wind traveling every where cutting the people inside, winds pulling you in every direction, it is slightly difficult to see, and it is very loud. These little wind blades can cut Mitsu and the votex can be broken by a powerful attack.
Uindo Shinzui (Wind spirit) This ability give Mitsu complete control of the wind around her, meaning she can create large amounts of wind blades, dragon, missiles, and other such things within the area. She can also levitate herself. Finally she becomes pure wind, meaning that when she is hit that part of her will dissipate but reform again. This does not mean she is invincible though, she has to expend some reiatsu every time to reform herself and if she does not that part of her will reappear with the wound that would have been caused.
This only applies to limbs and can only be used once every 6 posts.
Kaze Tabi (Wind Travel) this allows Mitsu to travel anywhere within her arena as long as she can create a straight path of wind there. She can only use this every 4 turns.
Kaze baindo (Wind Bind) Mitsu creates thick vacuums of wind that stretch out and wrap around the target, entrapping them within an invisible prison of air. This may be broken out of by higher level kido and such. This ability can only be used every three rounds.

Kido
Mitsu has knowledge of almost all known kido due to the fact that she speant her time in the 5th division. She also posses knowledge of the kido cannon and has a few serct kido (haven’t yet been posted.)

Mitsu sat atop the large gate like wall of the inner soul society. The wind blow through her hair as it was tied up neatly by her two chop sticks. She had summoned Hyde and Eido to sit beside her, merely so she could have some company; she was at a loss for friends today. Eido danced through the air around her on his skate board and Hyde lay next to her with his hands forming a small pillow behind his head. She looked at Hyde and said “Well Hun, at least Eido is enjoying himself.” Hyde giggled slightly as they both looked up and saw Eido fall off of his skate board; Mitsu felt a soft spot in her heart. “Come here darling, let me kiss it better.” Hyde laughed more.
Eido turned a beat red color and said “No way, you’re not doing that! I’m like 16 I don’t need you kissing my boo boos better.” Mitsu laughed and said “Yet you still ask me to kiss you goodnight every night!” Eido now looked like a tomatoes due to how red he was becoming. Just as Hyde was going to make a smart comment Mitsu felt a small spiritual presence that of a hell butterfly. The butterfly landed on her out put index finger and tickled her slightly. She heard the encrypted code saying that a captains meet would be held right now and she was to attend. She smiled slightly, having seen the hidden agenda in this hell butterfly’s message. Maybe today wouldn’t be too bad. “Hyde, Eido, lets go, we fly!” She used her Uindo Odori to use the wind to carry her from the top of the wall down to the ground in a flash. She had her right hand holding a small sheathed dagger at her right side and the other on the long katana at her left. She continued flash steeping till she reached the empty captains hall.
To the naked eye she seemed unable to fight, she was in her fancy purple dress, all alone, and off guard, but when in fact she had perfect knowledge of what was happening. She spoke first “You can come out now loves. I know your there, I sensed you from the second your bogus hell butterfly message came, here is a note for the future, don’t true and replicate captains code, it won’t work.”
Then out from the shadows reveled three young women, each of slightly older age but the same in appearance. Mitsu smiled “I missed judged you love, you obviously have quite a bit of skill to be able to create clones, I congratulate you. But-“She was cut off from her words by the clone standing directly in front of her. “When you served in the fifth and became 2nd seat, you took my life away. It was all I ever wanted and you forced me to leave the squad. So I began my revenge, I took your weakness, hand to hand fighting, and mastered it. I know challenge you for my revenge, my honor. My-“
Mitsu had cut the women off with one simple sentence from her, “You get disrespect when you give disrespect, Kaze Kobushi” With that she felt wind cycle around her fists and her hand cool at the winds icy pull, after using the ability for as many years as she had she began to find the feeling enjoyable. She took her now good feeling hands and used the typhoon like drill at the end of them and struck the woman in the chest, causing her to spin violently at the end of Mitsu’s fist and then be launched violently towards a wall, causing the fake clone to dissipate. She then looked at the other two exact copies of the same person and said sharply and with much seriousness “If you value your lives leave now!” Sure enough Mitsu took pleasure in the sound of the woman running and yelling away from her. While she enjoyed the moment she saw Hyde appear and say “It’s Rupah’s birthday today, you promised her a cake.” Mitsu’s eyes shot open as she remembered that and she began to dart toward the squad house.
Her legs moved, one in front of the other, burning under her weight. She had some sweat drip in her eye because of the scorching hot sun that day, she sighed with disbelief that she would have enough time. Though within a few minutes she reached the squad house and got to the kitchen. Unfortunately there was a short little man standing there that was about to say something to her but she brushed him off by picking him up and throwing him out of the kitchen. Quickly she began to think of how she could quicken the amount of baking time, she decided on using her shinigami skills. “I call upon the red and blue fans, I call upon the ferocious tornado and the blissful breeze, I call you Hyde the younger and Edio the older. Chime Tsuin Aoru! (Twin Fans)” She had the dagger to her right form a red fan and her long katana to the left form a blue fan. She opened both fans and focused, she thought it out in her mind where each blade of wind would go, making sure that each would carry an egg or milk or some other tool.
After her moment of focus she closed her eyes, took a breath, and sent the blue fan foreword with a spin as she did it, this caused a sudden odd uproar of calm winds. Wind was moving egg cartons, breaking eggs into bowls, measuring flour and milk. Wind was preparing for her. Within only a few minutes she had finished preparing her batter, almost. She put her fans in the two fan holders on either side of her body where her sheaths were. She got strawberries and a block of dark chocolate out and began to cut and dice the strawberries and shave the chocolate into the batter. She then violently stirred it in and three the tray of batter into the oven, to bake slowly for an hour.
As the cake baked the delicious scents of rising and warming batter filled her and wrapped around her body to till was full to the core. The small of the cake was like sweet music to her, for some reason it was the little things, like a baking a cake for a friend that just made her day, livable. Even though today was easy it was going to be nice to sit down with the squad tonight and pay homage to Rupah tonight, to celebrate her life. She was in a way lost in a trance of small euphoria but was sadly pulled back as the ding from the oven resounded in her ears.(Ok I realize this wasn't extreamly action filled but I wanted to show a different side of Rp, if this isnt acceptible i wouldn't mind doing it again.)
