"With your permission I would ask for you to aid in the training Soi Fon. You know his fighting style better than I do, so it would be best if you did the easy part by sparring with him as he learns. Who knows maybe you'll improve with my help as well, although it seems your rather proficient at Shunko to begin with. How ever I'd be lying if I said I couldn't use some pointers to imprve my use of Shunko. Between the two of us, he should learn fairly quickly. So what do you say?" Yoruichi looks at Soi Fon with her normal encouraging smile.

Crossing his arms as he listened to the two speak Hanzo thought for a moment and concentrated deep into his mind. As he did he soon found himself on an ancient Japanese battlefield surrounded by dead warriors and torn war banners. As he stepped forward he saw what looked like a samurai wearing gold and brown armor wearing a face mask. "I already know about the proposal if that's what your here for" Raiden asked as he approached Hanzo. "What do you believe old friend?" Hattori asked as Raiden vanaished and appeared behind him. "I have always taught you that a true warrior seekd to become stornger, not for himself but for those he defends and those he serves. That being said, are you doing this for yourself or your masters?" Raiden asked. Thinking for a moment Hattori looked at his Zanpoktou's spirit and said, "I have never yearened to strengthen myself for my own glory, if this trianing does complete my skills in Hoho, then I will only use them for my duties as a shinigami and officer, not for myself."

Nodding his head Raiden turned and said, "Good then I haven't wasted my time all these years. Return as I have no doubt your taichou will want to speak to you." Nodding as a flash caused him to return to Soi fon's office he looked up as he saw Yourichi finish speaking.

Hattori nodded as Soifon spoke to him in understanding. He sighed as he looked at the badge tied to his right arm and said, "I have always devouted my life to what I felt where it's callings no matter what the danger. I knew this when I joined the Seiriete, and I knew this when you made me Vice-Captain of the Sqaud." Hattori then smiled and said, "If I backed down form this opprotunity, what example would I be setting for the rest of the sqaud. Of course I will take on the challenge taichou."

"Soi Fon lets use my private training ground, Kisuke and I built as kids to get away from everyone. Although I suppose you didn't suspect such a thing did you? Even as a kid Kisuke always had a knack for making things, it is well designed and can even suppress reiatsu to some degree. Although he has been making improvements to it, rather I should say he has had me make improvements to it recently. Although I doubt things are going to be peaceful as everyone thinks they will be. The situation could change at a moments notice. So I'll make this offer, use my training grounds for what ever you need it for just in case the proverbial shit hits the fan okay?" Yoruichi's face is just as serious as always. She wonders how prophetic her words might be, but something is making her on edge and that isn't normal.

Hearing the confidence in Soi fon's voice inspired Hattori and he smiled proudly. He then looked at Yourichi in shock at her admiison of this trianing ground. As he thought for a minute as she explained her plan he suddenly had a confused look on his face and said, "Um Yourichi sama would this alleged training ground explain how a certain Ryoka we know was able to fight on par with a Captain in such short amount of time?" he asked. As he thought about Urahara he remebered the man well. He had always gotton along with him though Urahara had asked him to test a few inventions of his which did end with disaterous results. He shook a bit in fear as the sanddle hat man's laugh suddenly filled his ears.

Yoruichi smiles laughs "Actually yes it is. I trained him myself to be honest, although it was Kisuke's technique that helped him do it most. Soi Fon don't be so worried about the training grounds, we were kids when we made it after all. Sometimes we went there t get away from things or talk about stuff. Soi Fon I would have told you about it, but it slipped my mind, sorry about that. On the other hand if I had than Rukia would be dead and Aizen would have won, so it sort of worked out if you think about it. Can you forgive me Soi Fon? I seem to be falling behind now, maybe I should just let you take over, I must be getting too old for this stuff." Yoruichi looks at Soi Fon with a soft expression on her face, she sees Soi Fon's expression and she feels like she has done something wrong without knowing it.

Soifon nodded slowly. "I'm not worried. It's fine. I forgive you." Soifon looked up at Yoruichi and smiled. Soifon hardly ever smiled, and when she did it was usually at Yoruichi. The ex-shinigami held a special place in her heart and she could never be replaced. Soifon's expression became hard once again, and she turned back to Hattori. "How about tomorrow at three?" She asked him, glancing at her calendar. It was the only day she was free all week. The captains were becoming more and more overloaded with paperwork and each day, and she still had meet with a few shinigami and make sure everything in her division was in order.

Hattori seeing Yourichi get a little emotional came up from behind her and slowly put his hands on her shoulders and careuflly hugged her. "You will always be the same Flash Step Goddess that took a wondering swordsman in Rukongai and turned him into a 2nd divison shinigami. You will never be too old for anything to me Yourichi-sama" he said. Turning to look at Soi fon he nodded to her and said, "I think that sounds good, it frees up my time and enables us to work without disturbances."

Yoruichi bows to Soi Fon "You have grown a lot since your younger days, I am very proud of you Soi Fon. I only wish I had been as wise as yo were at your current age." Yoruichi is certain Soi Fon knows she is exaggerating a bit, bu Yoruichi knows that Soi Fon has improved a lot and she doesn't want to make it look like Soi Fon had always been much less than Yoruichi is. Soi Fon's only real problems were her anger and being too strict as far as following directions and rules. "Soi Fon would you like some help organizing things? I can sort everything while you do the paper work, maybe make you some tea as well? How about I see about maybe planning out something to help with organization? With your permission of course?"
