Okay, were all Rp'ing but can't do anything because there is no Aizen. I don't really feal like waiting forever to get one on here, it would take months, or a few days, who knows. The point is, I think somebody who considers themselves as a decent Rp'er, should make a character thats above captain level and has Aizen's power level, to be a bad guy.
Also, I myself want a group of Four people including me, to start a team hell bent on accomplishing certain goals. The team is on the good side, should be elite, and should be able to work together with the other members. Its going to be me, and 3 other people. I'm looking for one girl to join. I also need a healer, I don't care what gender. I need a best friend, and I also need the final member to be nearly as strong as myself, and is sort of like a body gaurd. Here are the positions:
