Shikai Ability: The blade Raikou is able to mix the users spiritual pressure with Lightening which allows the user to manipulate electricity itself which consists of static,lightening,thunder heat lightening and so forth.Raikou also when in shikai is transformed into a gun blade which allows the usern to store spiritual pressure in the chamber suck in lightening through the barrel and when mixed in the chamber which causes combustion and delivers a powerful bold of electricity through to barrel to be shot by the user at his target.

Background and Personality
HistoryRyo was born into a normal family,but sadly he found himself at deaths door at a young age.He was then escorted to the soul society he found himself at the soul reaper academy.He in a few short years found himself graduating and being given his rank of soul reaper.He was assigned to squad eleven and of course he would start out at the bottom of the food chain.

He began his normal duties which normally evolved field missions and cleaning the barracks
and cleaning jail cells.One day he was given the chance to go out with the ranked officers of his squad.They were cornered by powerful hollows.Which over powered them and out numbered them.Ryo was being beaten to a bloody pulp but then he saw a glowing light come from his zanpakutou.It began to speak to him."My name is Raikou." Ryo then nodded still a little shocked.He then called out to him."Bludgeon them to death Raikou"he said as he sword transformed.Turning into a gun blade.Ryo then pulled the trigger which fired bullets made of lightening and spirit energy at the hollows. Ryo was revered as a hero from that day forward.He was then promoted to a seated officer aka vice captain.

PersonalityRyo is Loud,out going,always ready for a challenge and not one to give up to easily.When around people he normally likes to be the center of attention for what ever reason he performs better when all eyes are on him.He is very kind to his friends and fellow team member but can turn on you very quickly if you make him angry.
