Death of a saint or a failure?

Soren coming back from vizards meeting felt a reiatsu floating around the area looked about the abandon place on the street moonlight hitting up a area with a mysterious gleam. Great this seems like the setting to where someone could die....

"How right you are...so tell me Shinigami..Have you ever dueled with a devil in the pale moonlight?", a voice said before Shinko appeared. Shinko could sense this man was strong...Since Shinko was getting ready to put his plan into motion he decided he had to show he ment business. This shinigami had a strong reaitsu..people would notice his disappearance he hoped..so Shinko decided he would have to kill him.

Soren turned to Shinko and looked at him sighing knowing someone just had to hear him it made him rather irritated but not in the mood to fight he looked up at Shinko. Hmm a outcast shinigami...tell me why do you do this...having to fight against everyone you once had feeling about...and yes I have but I regret that fight it was not needed...as such as this one allow me to meet you I am Soren Kiyomeru captain of the 3rd division you are?

"Dont confuse me for someone who actually has feeling for the Soul Society or anyone in it. Because truth be told, anyone I cared about it gone...Now I have my allies and my tools. And since you seem to think I'd feel some sense of remorse then allow me to show you how remorseful I am", Shinko said as he drew his zanpakuto, Makura. "As for my name, I am Shinko Hantaisha...former Captain of the 2nd Division...However these days my power has ascended far beyond any captain", Shinko said as he took a ready posistion.

Soren looked up at him and sighed placing his hand on his zanpaktou flaring his reaitsu for his foolishness placing his hands on the zanpaktou's hilt and then sighing again and letting go this was similar to his and Sieraku's meeting and he looked down. I...I won't do it anymore...I've tried...and I've failed...go ahead kill me...

Shinko looked at the man. He wondered why he lost his will but he decided to make this fast. He pointed at Soren..."Carriage of Thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six...Bakudo Number 61...Rikujōkōrō", he said quickly, using the bakudo on Soren freezing him. If successful Shinko then disappeared, reppearing several feet behind Soren. Everything seemed normal for a split second before Soren's shirt would rip open and a huge gash would be found, extending from his waist to his shoulders. The slash would be enough to kill him without cutting him in half. Shinko then shook his blade, removing the blood and turned around, looking for results.

Soren is caught by the kidou of his own freewill and is slashed and falls to is knee's in a incredible amount of pain but not dead looking back on his past seeing how much he has tried to help and failed and a tear running down his face because of how he tried for peace but never helped with anyone and he fell down on his face still not dead but close.

Shinko watched as the man seemed to barely escape death. Shinko decided to speak to the shinigami breifly before killing him...giving him fake closure. With the Bakudo still in effect Shinko knew Soren wouldnt be able to move and due to the damage he took, he wouldnt be able to fight back. "I dont know what your dreams are...for a utopia...for peace...for whatever..I dont know. However I can promise you a new world..It might seem twisted now...but under my rule everything will change...However you will not see it...Goodnight and Goodbye Soren...captain of the 3rd Divisionz", Shinko said as he disappeared, appearing above Soren, stabbing his heart with his zanpakuto and the twisting the blade, ending the shinigamis life.

As the blade hit Soren's heart blood seeped out of his mouth and he smiled. Don't give me yoour lies....I will come back....in a different time....and stop you....don't give me.....your lies.....telll Matsuda...I'm sorry..... Soren's life gave out at that moment as he began to fade away into nothingness....

Shinko drew back his sword and sheathed it. When he was sure the captainw as dead he lifted the corpse and vanished.
