Shinko's Custom Kidou

Incantation: Dragon of the North, Dragon of the South, Dragon of the East and Dragon of the West. Arise from your slumber and defend those within your juristiction. Allow no pain from mortal nor ghost to harm them and let your almight roar freeze even time itself.
Description : A powerful bakudo created by Shinko during his training. After the incantation is said, or if it isnt said, then four dragon statues will rise up from the ground forming a box around a certain location. The dragons however do not do anything until instructed. When needed the user will either say roar, or just mentally activate the dragons. When this is done the dragons will open their stone mouths and emit a roar that covers anything inside the square area. Anything inside besides the user will be instantly frozen. Even spiritual attacks like kidou, cero or certain shikai and bankai attacks will instantly freeze in place as well. Objects frozen can still be moved by the user physically. This technique can only be deactivated either by the will of the user, or if all four dragon statues are destroyed.

Incantation: No longer abide by the limitations set by humans, hollow, shinigami or God himself. Break the bond between body and soul and allow for the new era of one. Let the soul reside in a new body and let it consume that body until the restores the older one. Allow for his feet to walk again, allow for his hands to touch again, allow for him to continue his goals, allow him to live again.
Description: A very complex and forbbinden hadou created by Shinko Hantaisha to ensure immortality in a way. This Hadou allows one to rip a portion of their soul and seal it within another person. Doing this causes Shinko temporary weakness as his soul needs to recover the slight portion its lost. The soul ripped must either be transferred to a dead body, or a young body that hasnt developed much for itself. After that the soul will fuse with the body and begin to grow rapidly. However this technique can only be activated when Shinko dies or has been neutralized. Once Shinko dies, the remainder of his soul instead of fading away, will go and fuse with the portion of his soul that was seperated. This allows for a type of rebirth. If neutralized, Shinko has the option of seperating the rest of his soul, thus killing himself to fuse with the other part of his soul. Once fused with the other part of his soul a baby Shinko will be reborn. After rebirth his body will grow at a rapid pace, allowing centuries to occur in hours. He will be restored to his power before death and remember all of his techniques, regain his zanpakuto, etc. This technique can only be used twice per lifetime.

Okay so these dragons have to pop within 20 meters of you. You cant mentally activate you must say "rawr" out loud. You cant summon these dragons and say rawr in the same line. give like atleast a 10 second fight time for the person to try to dodge lol. so dont do the incantion then the next word be rawr. put at least a sentence inbetween. Also how far apart are the dragons from eachother? and how are they forming a box if there just 4 poles? doesnt that leave wide open sides?

Ok you can have this one however you ahve one little problem.

It requires a body. Meaning this wont work on any ic charcter except a bount or superhuman. Since i dont want you just god modding you cant do this to an npc. Find a superhuman or a bount and do it to them. Otherwise this one is good.
