Appearance: Standing at 5'4", Weighing in at 105 pounds. She has long black hair with a white bandage that lowers down just past the top of her butt,She has a nice hourglass body with delicate yet full hips.Small bust that come in at 32B, Her rear is matched perfectly and ripe with her nice hips. Her build allows for ample flexibility which is shown in her fighting. Her arms and legs are semi Muscular from athletic activity during her school years. Her eyes are slender and look Asian, and the color of her eyes are an emo black.
When she allows her Reiatsu to flow freely it is an abnormally black aura compared to the normal light blue, which also makes her bow Black.
The Clothes she wears are rather form fitting for maximizing movement, She wears a leather two piece outfit that is made of white and black material with the horizontal line going directly across the vertical line going directly down the navel. The Sleeves are covered with bandage that help attract hollows to her, however During her down time she likes to wear non-revealing skirts and leggings. She also constantly, whether in fighting form or normal form, wears thigh high white boots with six inch heels, that are tied up all the way to the top.

History and Personality
History: Born outside of Karakura town, She was born the last of twins, the other being Kaira. The two of them always were watched after by their older brother Kira. Their parents were killed by a raid of Arrancar giving their lives to give Kira time to get Kaira and Kisha out of harms way. Ever since that day Kira had raised and taken care of them more so then before. Ever since the day Kira saved them Kaira has had a dorment passionate crush on him, though she never acted on it because she was taught incest was morally wrong.
Throughout the years Kaira and Kisha were taught by Kira how to control their powers. Kisha had Special Arrows that made people drowsy while Kira had expert Reiatsu control. Kaira however got arrows that poisoned Reiatsu pathways and drains Reiatsu from the enemy. She and her sister finally got good enough to begin hunting hollows with Kira. Though she being a pervert, hits on any good looking man to take her mind off her crush on her older brother.
Personality: She hates people and can't stand her younger sister Kaira because she says she's to anti-emo
She also has a terrible habit of using people for certain types of favors if she desires it. She also has a habit of using people to get things done as pawns if needed. But those who have proven themselves loyal to her would find themselves enjoyably in service of her, and she would take perfect care of them, making sure they were in harms way and are trained like she is.
When in battle however her mood completely changes from emo to to Itachi emo, She Focus's mainly on the enemy and doesn't care about anything else untill that enemy is dead. those who have seen her like this have rendered her an utter monster, She has even been known to hurt people who have gotten in her way.

Techniques
Name: Quincy Cross
Description: Standard equipment for any Quincy, the Quincy Cross acts as the focus for a Quincy bow. Hers to be exact is a Claw. And Summons a bow that forms into a cross bow type thing that fires arrows that have a head shaped like a large dragon's head. Its a special cross that gives her bow sleeping powers.
Name: Quincy Runes
Description: Quincy Runes that are embeded into whatever she wears, Its used without her knowing to attract hollows to her presence so that she can kill them. This usually only works on low level hollows, though sometimes it attracts high level hollows which can be rather dangerous.
Name: Hirenkyaku
Description: Hirenkyaku is a method in which Quincy use to travel quickly over short distances. It is basically the Quincy equivalent to the Shinigami's Shunpo, or the Arrancar's Sonído.
Name: Seele Schneider
Description: The Seele Schneider is a thin sword that can be fired similarly to an arrow. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the spirit particles of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed spirit particles.
Name: Sanrei Glove
Description: The sanrei glove is a powerful Quincy artifact that can increase a Quincy's power exponentially, but requires a dangerous and exhausting type of resistance training (wearing it for a week while constantly firing spiritual arrows) to master. The glove works by scattering the spirit particles in the surrounding area, making it much harder to form a working bow. If a Quincy can summon a bow and use it for the required amount of time, they will have undergone a massive increase in power. When removed, however, the glove will release the user's energy all at once - first transforming them into a being of tremendous strength, the Quincy Final Form, and then forcing their Quincy powers to gutter out completely.
Name: Ginto - Sprenger
Description: This technique uses five Seele Schneiders to create a pentagon-shaped seal, which when activated causes a massive explosion within its borders. When an object or a person stands within the middle of the Pentagon can the placement of the fifth Seele Schneider trap them by wrapping and binding their legs to the ground with dense spirit particles. The Seele Schneiders function as accumulators, gathering the necessary amount of spirit particles to create the explosion. The liquid inside a silver tube acts as the trigger. The preparations for the technique combined with the charging time for the Seele Schneiders make its use in battle impractical unless the user has a partner that can stall to buy time.
Name: Final Quincy Form
Description: Only Accessible to her if she takes off the Sanrei glove. Once she does she becomes a monster however afterwards all her powers are completely Destroyed.
Name: Ransōtengai
Description: This is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless spiritrons. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow elderly Quincy to fight effectively.
