Looks: Hasuhana has long black hair, falling to her waist in a sheet-like form, and pale skin. Her eyes are almond shaped and brown, though larger then the average Japanese girls eyes. She stands at around five foot four inches (around 162.5 centimeters), and weighs about 110 pounds (around 50 kilograms).

Description: Kurenjingu no Tamashi, or Cleansing Soul, enables Hasuhana to modify spiritual energy of others. She can also use her powers to sense different people's individual spiritual energies. For example she could increase or decrease the spiritual energy of someone indefinetely (in one post with a two post cooldown), cleanse the soul of a hollow (the amount of energy and concentration needed depending on the class of hollow, for a minor hollow it would take one post, medium powered: two, high: four and menos is 5+ with the cooldown being the amount of posts it took to do plus 1 [or three for menos']), speed up the process of turning a whole into a hollow (takes two posts and has a cooldown of three) and temporarily remove the spiritual powers of soul reapers, quincys, etc or give a normal human the powers of one (one post to take, two to give, with a cooldown of 2 posts when taking, 3 when giving). When removing spiritual powers, the length of time they are removed for depends on the amount of energy used. At the current time Hasuhana can only remove spiritual powers for a minute or two before her to continue energy is drained to much. Her powers are still relatively undeveloped.
Background and PersonalityHistory: Seishin Hasuhana was born in the Gion district of Kyoto to Yamada Keiko (going under the Geimei of Ichisumi), a geisha, and Seishin Kenji, a soul reaper. Keiko started to raise Hasuhana in Gion, only occasionally seeing Hasuhana’s father, before she retired and moved to Karakura town where she inherited her sister’s teahouse.
One time when Hasuhana was 8, Kenji was visiting Keiko and Hasuhana and a hollow attacked, taking over Kenji’s body and killing Keiko, who held spiritual powers similar to her daughters. While Keiko was dying she saw the hollow attacking Hasuhana and using the last of her abilities she stripped the hollow and Kenji of their life force, before she died. Hasuhana stayed in the teahouse for almost 20 hours, to terror-stricken to move, before a section of Kenji’s division, the 6th, came to investigate his disappearance. They discovered Hasuhana huddled in a corner, but before they could do anything she lashed out in fury, stripping them of their powers for almost two minutes while she ran out of the apartment, dragging her mothers body with her, before she collapsed from exhaustion.
She stayed hidden from the soul reapers, who collected Kenji’s body and left, before being discovered by one of their neighbors, who found her huddled next to her mother’s body. Eventually her 23-year old aunt, Kimiko, took custody of Hasuhana, who remained incredibly withdrawn. Kimiko, recognizing the signs of Hasuhana’s powers that Keiko had shown when she was younger, kept the knowledge from Hasuhana, who had blocked most of her memories out from when her parents died, and used her own abilities to hide the signs of her and Hasuhana's spiritual abilities from any that may have sensed theirs.
She found out about her powers when she was 13. She was behind her school, hiding from some more spiteful students who thought her reclusive behavior was because she wanted attention, and a hollow materialized. She lashed out with her powers instinctively, draining the hollow of its powers and turning it back into a normal whole that had the form of a young girl. She recognized the terror on the souls face when it turned back, and she comforted the whole for almost an hour before it passed on.
After confronting her aunt, Hasuhana began practicing with her abilities, and started using them to cleanse hollows souls.
Personality: Hasuhana became extremely quiet and withdrawn after her parents were killed, but after she discovered her powers and started using them to help souls she regained some of her former optimism. She is naturally an extremely compassionate person who has trouble seeing others in pain. She is a very calm person who doesn’t anger easily, and even when being threatened keeps an overall aura of sweetness and optimism around her.
She does suffer from PTSD though, and when under circumstances reminding her of her parent’s death can often suffer from nervous breakdowns. She also often holds her sadness or misery inwards and when left alone for extended periods of time can break down crying for no obvious reasons when in deep thought. Hasuhana also has an extreme distrust of soul reapers, rooting from the image of her father murdering her mother.
