Looking for Someone to Train With (Open)

It was early morning when Soifon walked into the training area. Usually she wasn't up this early, but she wanted to get some training in before she started her usual paperwork. The Head Captain was giving so much lately she hardly had time to do anything else! Even though she was a Captain and very strong, she still liked to train as much as possible. She glanced around, hoping someone would show up. She wanted to test her power against another.

Whistling her favorite tunes, the vice-captain of the first division walked into the training grounds. Usually she rarely saw anyone here so early, and solitude was perfect for the start of her training routine, as Hitomi liked to practice her most dangerous techniques first, completely destroying several dummies in the process. However, this time she wasn't alone as the lieutenant sighted the petite frame of the Onmitsukido-commander upon entering the area.
"Ohayo, Soifon-taichou!" She greeted the captain. "What brings you here so early in the morning?"

Soifon, straightforward as always. Hitomi didn't know her very well, since she was probably the most reserved captain alongside with Kuchiki taichou, but she didn't like to waste words unnecessaryily for sure.
"Well, yeah." She agreed while scraping her cheek with her index finger. "It's peaceful finally, but the amount of work remains the same. How convenient..." The lieutenant sighed as she took a few steps back, opening up some distance between them. "We're both here to train, so how about having a little duel?" She asked with a confident expression on her face. She became quite excited as she wanted to know how long she can last against Soifon's speed and hakuda-style without having to switch to long-ranged attacks or releasing her bankai to slow the captain down. Hitomi took a deep breath and put all of her concentration into watching the movements of the Onmitsukido commander. "Please go ahead, and start, taichou."
