Background and PersonalityHistory In life Hattori Hanzo was a Samurai in service to Ieyasu Tokugawa during the Sengokou perioid. He died in service during the battle of Sekigahara. In Soul Society he first spent time in the Zaraki district. There he battled criminals and thieves do to a sense of honor he felt burning inside of him. By doing so he harnesed his skills as a swordsman and developed a storng and powerful body, at the same time he was seen as a savior by the people. One day he encountered a group of Shingami battling a hollow, after the hollow's defeat he approached the shinigami asking about them. As he did thier Captain apporached him and sensing his talent told him about Seireite and all it held. The Captain then instructed him to become a Shinigami and that she would be waiting for him when he left the academy. Inspired by this Hanzo became a Shinigami and enliste din the academy. Hanzo was a prodigy not seen in years in the academy and specialized in his trianing in all fields. Many knew he would become an officer though none knew where, and as such he graduated at the top of his class. After graduation he was immediatly apporached by a woman form the 2nd division named Soifon who said her Captain wanted to speak with him. Going with her he was shocked to see the very Captain who had caused him to become a Shinigami, the Flash Step Godess her self Yourichi Shihon. Yourichi offered him a seat in her divsion and said doing so would allow him to help others as he did before. Hattori Hanzo agreed and becfame the 6th seat of the divsion. His time in the 2nd was good to him as Yoruichi helped him train, including training in flash stepping, swordsmanship, and kido. It was Yourichi who helped train him in his shikai and enabled him to unlock his sword, Raiden. As such over time he developed strong feelings for Yourichi, but felt he could never say he loved her out of her status as a noble family member. At the same time he became good friends with Soifon and developed a brother sister relationship with her. As such he took it just as hard when Yourichi abandoned Soul Society as much as she did. Hanzo developed a storng sense of betrayl for Yourichi and as such took up his training even more to eventually face her again. As such he beame stirct and a follower of the rules, including how to deal with traitors. He has absolute loyalty to Soifon due to his relationship with her and because of this she made him the 3rd seat of the division and he has since become one of gher most loyal and trusted subordinates. He know stands at Soifon's side as her sword and soldier ready to do as she commands. Due to his intense training and bond with Raiden he has recently unlocked his Bankai but like Ikkaku keeps a secret out of fear of being removed form the divsion he cares for so much. not even Soifon is aware of his bankai and he wishes to keep it that way.
Personality: Hattori Hanzo follows the code of Bushido taught to him by the spirit of his sword. He is loyal, strong, and devoute to his superiors. He believes in passing this code on to his subordinates and is stirct with thier trianign and duties. He is very loyal to Soifon and sees her as a sister, therefore is ready and willing to lay his life down for her. Becasue of Yourichi's betrayl he is very bitter for what she did and felt as if she never cared about him, Soifon or the division.

Description: Bankai tech, Hanzo will channel lighting into his palms and then usesing his mastery of Shunpo and Hoho will charge his oppenets in a flash step and slam both his lighting charged fists into them. After launching the attack he will have to recharge his lightning for a moment.
Name: Zeus's Fury
Description: Bankai tech, Hanzo will swing his sword and create a lightning bolt shaped like an arc that will lash out and attack mulitple enemies at once. Due to the ferocity of the attack he must take a moment to recharge his lightning energy and will rely on his Hoho, Kido, and other skills.

Zanpakutou Appearence 
Shikai Appearence: 
Shikai Ability: Along with a different shape, Hanzo can generate ligthning through his sword and eletrocute anything it strikes or stabs. When he manages to eletrocute his enemies they will be shocked until they ground the eletricity, and when they do, they will reiceve an additional shock from the electrical discharge. He can only generate the eletricity through his sowrd and as such can not shock or stun oppenets unless his sword strikes them.
Bankai Appearence: 
Bankai Ability: Hanzo gets the ability to manipulate lightning by his will alone. He can generate massive lightning storms, he can shoot lighting form his hands and he can bring down powerful bolts of lightning with a swing of his sword.

Rp Sample: Hattori hanzo was currently on patorl in Kankura Town, sitting on top of school building as he looked down at the parents and children playing in the playground. He sighed contently and even smiled as he watched them, almost envious of thier time together. A slight yelp alerted his presence to a boy lieing on the gorund holding his scraped knee. Figuring he must of trapped Hanzo stood up and was about to move on as he saw a parent apporach the boy, but stopped when he sensed something. "
A Hallow? Here.....the boy!" he realized as he saw a Hallow appeare behind the mother and child. The Hallow was the size of a bear and looke dlike a giant lizard. The Hallow opened it's mouth about to bite the two when suddenly Hanzo shunpoed towards him with his fist extended. The Hallow felt someone punch it's jaw and it was sent flying across the park and landed in a construction yard nearby. The boy looked up as he flet a breeze but ignored it as his mother tended his knee. Hanzo looked the pair over as he stood behind them and seeing that they where alright, leapt after the Hallow.
As he landed in the construction yard he saw the Hallow pull it'self out of a pile of stell bars it had landed in. "Soul Reaper, you dare interupt my meal! I'll eat you instead then!" it raored as it leapt into the air and landed on the incomplete building and stuck it'self there. Hanzo smiled and drew his sword and said, "Break the clouds and pierce the skies. Crash Raiden!" In a burst of light his sword became an english broad sword that had lighting coursing through the sword. The Hallow watche dhim for a moment and said, "Your sword won't save you Soul Reaper!" The Hallow then opened it's mouth and lashed it's tounge out at Hanzo who ducked underneath it. He then side stepped another tounge lash and as he did he grabbed a mteal pole form the yard. "Bah, hold still you worm!" the Hallow shouted as it lashed it's tounge again. Hanzo smirked and as the tounge came down, he side stepped it and then jammed the metal pole into the tounge. "Gah!" the Hallow screamed it pain as it's tounge was pinned to the ground, by the pole. "I don't kiss on the first date friend" Hanzo said as he brought his sword down and struck the pole with it. The lightning in his sword coursed into the pole and into the Hallow's tounge which coursed into it's body. "Ahhhhhhhhh!" the hallow screamed as it was eletrocuted.
The Hallow fell from the building and landed in a heap with smoke coming form it's body. Hanzo then walked over calmly to the Hallow and stood over him. "Who, who, who are you?" the Hallow asked. Hanzo smirked and said, "I am Hatoori Hanzo, Vice Captain of the 2nd division, and your executioner." Hattori then brought his sword down and slashed the Hallow mask right in half with his sword. "Ahhhhhhh!" the Hallow screamed as it vanisihed. Hattori sighed a she sheathed hiss word and looked towards the park seeing the childrena nd parents safe. "
Enjoy your fun children, you are safe now" he thought as he continued his patrol.
