Name: Sharingan
Description: It is only first unlocked under some stressful or emotional condition after which the Sharingan may be used freely. When the Sharingan is first activated by a user, it has a different number of tomoe (巴) around the central pupil, varying between users. The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, evolves it further which involves gaining more tomoe, up to a maximum of three per eye. As the Sharingan evolves, the user gains heightened abilities. The only level up from the three tomoe Sharingan is the Mangekyō Sharingan, which is gained by the emotional stress stemming from the loss of someone close to the user.

Sharingan Abilities: The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see spirit energy within the body. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under an illusion because the person's spirit energy would be irregular.

The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movementsor mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.

The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own, or even modify them to create his own new techniques.

The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through simple eye contact. When used against animals, the eyes of the target take on the pattern of the users Sharingan while under its influence. When used in conjunction with the other aspects of the Sharingan, this allows the user to perfectly mimic every move their opponents make even before they do, making it appear as if the user can "see the future". More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further by tricking or even trapping their opponent within an illusion. Although the Sharingan consumes the user's spirit energy while active, the spirit energy levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly.

Mangyeko Sharingan: The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques. The Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike in the case of the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyō Sharingan differs from user to user. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be alleviated by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.

Amaterasu: The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. They're unavoidable as long as the user keeps their eyes focused on their target. The flames are extremely powerful, capable of burning through anything and can even smother regular flames easily. Amaterasu is said to burn for seven days and seven nights, and cannot be extinguished with water or any other normal methods. However, the flames burn fairly slowly, allowing anyone struck by Amaterasu an opportunity to remove whatever clothing or body parts have been caught ablaze. Use of the technique also puts a great deal of strain on the user, usually causing their eyes to bleed.

Kamui: By focusing his Mangekyō Sharingan on a particular point, Obito can force that point to collapse in on itself, ultimately sending everything in the vicinity to another dimension. His body has not completely adjusted to the Sharingan. Obito can only manage to use this technique up to three times in a given day. He can use it for times, but will need to be hispitalized for a week. A fifth time equals instant death after the technique is performed until further training.

Elemental Attacks

Kirigakure: This technique envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it. Though it can't fool the sharingan.

Mizu: The clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Suiro: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This move can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel as stated by Obito himself. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Even so, the target is still able to speak, but not breath.





Suiton: Technique takes the form of a giant, powerful dragon, created out of water.





Suishōha:This technique allows the user to make a spiraling vortex of water from the moisture in the air. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can control the direction the wave goes.


Bakusui Shōha: Water erupts from the the moister in the air and a wave erupts beneath the users feet, the enemy is swallowed up by this advancing surge and crushed. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks; the technique consumes little to no spirit energy due to simple water manipulation. When used with Obitos enormous spirit energy, even dry wastelands will turn into an ocean. Afterwards, the excess water can presumably be used for additional water attacks.


Goshokuzam: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and water sharks come out of each finger to strike the opponent in five consecutive attacks. These sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.





Suikōdan:This technique forces water to attack the opponent in the form of a shark. [Size of a Karakura Building]





The user can reduce all or part of their body to a watery form, avoiding and absorbing attacks. They re-solidify at will. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body for sutable reasons. When the user passes out, they are turned into a jelly-like state.

As this technique turns Obito's body into water, he is vulnerable to lightning techniques.



Amaterasu Shield: This technique shapes the inextinguishable black flames of Amaterasu into a spiked barrier that not only shield the user but also burn and pierce the opponent if they touch them.

Gōkakyū: After performing the necessary hand seals, Obito inhales air via their mouth and, gather up chakra in their chest, then spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. Obito can do this technique without making a ring over his mouth. The fireball may ignite externally. rrier that not only shield the user but also burn and pierce the opponent if they touch them.

Hōsenka:This technique sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shuriken within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack.

Karyū: First the user inhales air and then exhales a long stream of incredibly hot fire from the user's mouth like that of a flamethrower. The Third Hokage is able to use this technique with such an intensity that the flames become white.




Haisekishō: this technique also produces a combustible material prior to ignition. The user spews superheated ash from their mouth. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim, though only the flesh facing the user (where the ingition starts); thus the damage does not cover the entire body. Despite this, it is still fully capable of disabling an enemy due to the burns. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.



Hōenka:Obito jumps in the air and shoots three giant bullets of fire that come down like giant meteors.

Gaon: Obito creates a normal ball of compresed spirit energy in his palm and ignites it with a fire technique. He then hits the opponent, causing a blazing maelstrom of fire, reducing the victim to ashes.

Hanachiri Mai: This technique allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the technique, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can control the direction and power of the technique to the max as a last resort.
