New Admins and Mods, and templates.

Okay, so I'm still looking over the apps everyone sent me. I'm REALLY sorry it's taking so long, it's just hard to choose. Right now the only thing I can say for sure is that Reikou Yuuri's a mod and Soren's an admin. I PROMISE I'll have this finished by Friday. Also, there are going to be new character templates which will also be here by Friday.

Well, am I going to keep my modship? because I'm not sure if I'm meant to still be one...

Can Sai sai be an app mod owo

Since a lot of Mods and Admins have transfered to Bleach-Serenity and become inactive on this site, may I become an assistant Admin to help users if they want to submit or create an app? If it weren't for this situation, I would not be asking this question.
