Looks:
She is 5ft6, small, lithe and sinewy. Her eyes are purple and cat-like and she has short messy white hair down to just above her chin. Her mask fragment forms a pair of cat-like ears atop her head attached by a small piece of white mask fragment so it looks like a headband. She has a petite body with very small breasts.
Her arrancar uniform is very similar to that of others, with a white hakama and the black and white boots. The only change is that the white jacket is replaced by a white vest top that barely covers her small breasts. Her hollow hole is located just below said breasts. Her skin is dark, but not just dark it is almost black like the night sky and has a faint silvery tinge to it.
Upon her hands appear to be a pair of gloves that look like cat paws. From these she can extend claws that can cut as well as her zanpakutoh. Her arrancar boots also have a slightly feline appearence and can extend claws from them that have the same cutting ability as her zanpakutoh. If she smiles at you or shows her teeth you will see that they are fangs in a similar way to cats. Her zanpakutoh is a black cat-o'-nine-tails with bladed tips and is worn near the base of her spine as a tail. It is usually kept close together so appears to be one.

Looks: When her ressureccion is activated white fur forms over her entire body with black stripes. Her zanpakutoh forms into nine tails made of a hollow mask like material with black stripes attached to the base of her spine. The ends are still bladed and the tails are 5ft long, but can extend to 9ft each. These can be manipulated freely like extra limbs.
Her gloves and boots will become actual cat paws with even sharper claws. Her mask fragment forms a cat mask over her entire head and her muscles expand making her stronger and faster. Her eyes are still visible and have become even more cat like. Her body shape will also change allowing for her to run on all fours easily.
Techniques (Optional, but good to have)
Name: Nine Lives
Description: With this technique she creates nine clones of herself all of which look distorted and not like the real thing at all. They look like the sort of things you get when you look in one of those crazy mirrors i.e. really tall and skinny, really fat and short, really muscular. Whenever they hit something be it another clone, a target or even Raiga herself they will explode violently. They will home in on an opponent like a reiatsu-seeking missile not trying to avoid any obstacles at all. The way to avoid them is to move and try and make them collide before they hit you. These explode with the power equal to around 1/9 of the strength of her unreleased cero. These travel at roughly 20mph so can be difficult to dodge. If they do not hit a target within 99 seconds they will explode automatically. If the opponent is smart they can turn the clones back on Raiga e.g. by getting behind her as the clones will go the most direct route. They can also be destroyed by an attack from an opponent e.g. byakurai. Any contact with another object will destroy them and cause them to explode. Due to the fact that the combined force of them is equal to a cero blast and the fact that they have been made into a humanoid form this attack will take up slightly more reiatsu then a normal cero.
Name: Bala Claw Strike
Description: With this she forms a bala at the tip of each claw on her hands and then forms a sweeping motion. This launches the balas as crescent shapes blasts of energy, that have slightly more power then the bala. These are 3ft in height and 0.5ft across. They will cut into what they hit a few inches before exploding. If they cannot cut into the target then they will explode. These take about two seconds to create and she cannot move whilst creating them giving a small opening that could be exploited by a fast opponent.
Name: Nine Lives - Eternal (Ressureccion Only)
Description: With this technique she creates nine exact clones of herself though slightly smaller (so they are about 5ft3 rather then 5ft6). Whenever they hit something be it another clone, a target or even Raiga herself they will explode violently. They will home in on an opponent like a reiatsu-seeking missile not trying to avoid any obstacles at all. The way to avoid them is to move and try and make them collide before they hit you. These explode with the power equal to 1/3 of her cero in her released state. These are faster then the weakened clones and will go at around 50mph making them hard to dodge. This technique requires a lot of reiatsu to create such exact duplicates with such violent potential. The amount of reiatsu required is about two times as much for three cero blasts. Therefore she can only use it a limited number of times. If they do not hit a target within 99 seconds they will explode automatically. If the opponent is smart they can turn the clones back on Raiga e.g. by getting behind her as the clones will go the most direct route. They can also be destroyed by an attack from an opponent e.g. byakurai. They can be destroyed by impact with anything whether it be animate or inanimate.
Name: Cero Tail Barrage (Ressureccion)
Description: Normally her cero is launched from her mouth and is quite rapid. However, with the gaining of nine tails she now gains the ability to launch ceros from all nine of her tails at once as well as from her mouth allowing for ten cero's to be fired at once. She can also by aiming her tails launch the cero in almost every direction at once. This is one of her most powerful attacks.

History and Personality:
History: Her life as a human was quite normal except that she had an obsession with cats and cat related objects. When she died from being attacked by vicious dogs, which later lead to her hatred, what kept her from moving on was her love for her cats. She had eight of them. This was what lead to her becoming a particularly feline hollow. As a hollow she stalked the world for some time feasting on souls, using a cat's stealth and agility to catch them. She eventually found her way to hueco mundo, but could not find her way back. Her hunger began to become too great and she began feasting on other hollows becoming stronger and stronger till she eventually became a gillian-class menos.
As a gillian she seemed to lose all sense of identity until she came across a canine-like hollow. Her anger grew though she did not understand why at the time. This anger caused her to become a concious being in control of the menos and she continued feasting on hollows becoming stronger and stronger till after 100 years of feasting she became an adjuchas with an incredibly feline appearence and nine tails.
She continued to feast becoming stronger and stronger till something happened triggering her natural shinigamification. Oriignally she only had one whip on her zanpakutoh. She became an arrancar with an intense level of reiatsu due to all the feasting she had done and her intense anger and hatred. She was approached by Aizen and became one of his original espada taking the position of espada nueva. He reason for joining was simple Aizen offered the chance to rid the world of a powerful canine Komamura. As an espada she had fraccion and had eight of them. They were almost of equal strength to her, but she was more skilled and smarter so she ruled over them.
Eventually, Aizen gained the hougyoku and she was demoted to privaron in order to serve under the new and more powerful espada. She did not care however for the reason that another, more powerful feline arrancar was one of the espada and a very attractive one at that. She hoped to one day become his fraccion. In order to become powerful enough to try and do this she absorbed her own fraccion and became quite a bit stronger though still not espada class. Somehow by absorbing these eight her true zanpakutoh form was created giving her the cat-o-nine-tails she now uses. Her only explanation for this change was that when she became an arrancar it was an imperfect transformation and her reiatsu was not strong enough to create the nine whips and so she only got one and obviously each of the spirits she absorbed were equal to 1/9th of her power and thus when absorbed she got the full amount.
Personality: She has an intense hatred of all canines, meaning she hates Komamura more then any other shinigami, despite having never met him. Her main purpose at the moment is to kill him. This hatred makes her lash out and almost go berserk when she sees a canine. She will be a lot more vicious in battles with canines and won't just try to kill them. No instead she will attempt to tear their bodies into tiny pieces. She hates even the scent of canines and is very sensitive when it comes to smelling them.
She is generally quite playful and is the sort of person who will tear off a butterfly's wings to see what will happen in an almost childish manner. She will often be seen playing with a ball of wall in a cat-like manner. When forced into a combat situation she will prove to be quite skilled. Yet even so she will still fight in a playful manner e.g. she will cut her opponent in numerous places to weaken them and then play with them for a while before killing them. She is the kind of the person that if you said 'don't play with your food' she would say 'why not its more fun' and then perhaps go off and sulk if you got angry.
She will rarely use her zanpakutoh in combat preffering instead to use her claws and fangs to defeat her opponent or at least turn him into a toy for a while before killing him later. The exception to this is canines where she will go all out in trying to destroy them as quickly as possible.
Coupled with her hatred for canines is a love for all felines to whit she has a crush on Grimmjow and any other feline arrancars both male and female.
Due to her catlike nature she has similar likes and dislikes to other felines i.e. a love of catnip and fish and a hatred of water. She even gives herself cat baths due to her flexibility.
Role-play Sample: Walking through the halls of the Tres Cifras tossing a ball of wool from one hand to the other the cientecima nueva was very happy. That was until she caught a scent. It was a canine scent and it was nearby in the tres cifras. She growled and threw the now crushed ball of wool away. She had been squeezing it so hard in her anger at there being a canine in her domain that it was now virtually flat. She sonidoed amonst the halls searching for where the scent was coming from. Eventually she found it and glared at the poor pathetic weak arrancar that had been sent here to deliver a message or something. She did not care. All she knew was it was a dog and as such had to be destroyed.
She looked at it for a moment as it looked in fear at her and began to back away. It had obviously heard of her hatred. She noticed it was suppressing its reiatsu, probabaly to hide from her, but that wasn't enough. It still smelt of dog. Obviously it had not accounted for a feline's sense of smell. She suddenly vanished and appeared on the other side of it retracting her claws. It looked at her for a moment before it realised the cuts that had been inflicted and keeled over dead. "Dogs deserve no mercy." She turned to look at it for a moment before launching a point-blank cero scorching the floor and causing a crater.
She walked away returning back to her room shaking her head irritably. She was still so annoyed. The smell of dog was now on her hands and she couldn't use a traditional cat bath because that would mean tasting dogs, which if possible, was even worse then smelling them. She would have to use, at this point she shuddered, water. Like all cats she hated water except for drinking. She could only reassure herself with one thing, at least she wasn't going to be doused in it, only washing her gloves. The scent still permeated the air, she would have to get a numeros to clean it later. Thankfully, her room was designed to pump a small amount of catnip every few minutes which reduced the strength of the canine scent and cheered her up quite a bit.
