The Shikyo Tenka is a New Organization, based upon NOTHING from the Anime/Manga. It is something Kensei, Sasuke, and my self decided to do. Without Further ado, here is the information!

The Base -- "Tengun"
The base is a large compound built within the earth of Karakura town. It is built in a cave which in turn makes the entire base seem cold, and wet. Set deep within the walls are Crystals that naturally absorb Reishi, giving off a Purple light. It's exact location is kept secret to those not in the Organization. The compound has many buildings for the different factions/squads, as well as one Large area for the Entire Organization to meet, including the numerous DemiAngels.

Purpose

There is no True Purpose for the Foundation and Upholding of Shikyo Tenka. It is merely a place the ones Rejected from all Societies can gather, and once again have a "family", though some members may have a hidden agenda...

Heirachy

The leaders of the Shikyo Tenka are the Three founding members. They Lead in a Triumvirate, each being as equal in power over the group as the next. These Three are known as the Archangels Below them are 7 Angel Lords, and below each of them are Thirteen DemiAngels. All in all, a total of 101 members can join this Organization before it becomes too big to contain.

I think we should have a rank thingy. Like how strong ArchAngels are against Captains, Espada, or are they as strong as Commanders? Also, put Sasuke as Deceased and put Obito as the new ArchAngel. Nobody knows Obito due to the reiatsu change. His identity will be revealed later. ^^

I do. Archangles should be a level of Commander, due to the fact there is few of them and they lead, so as a result, they should be realtively on par with Captain Commander etc.
Next rank down will be on par with Captains, Espada, Elite Vizard, level 3 humans etc
Next rank down will be on par with Fraccion, Vice-Captains, Level 1-2 Humans etc
and so on

and yes the archangels are anywhere from captain to commander, the angels are from vizard, period as we all know they are powerful, to captain, the demiangels are seat shinigami basicly and the unranked members are what they are
